Scalapay FAQ

Scalapay is a payment service that lets you buy now and pay in 3 or 4 interest-free installments. Payment is handled directly by Scalapay: your card details are never shared with Paolo Fiorillo.

You pay the first installment at the time of purchase. The following installments are automatically charged to the same card every month. There is no interest and no extra cost if the installments are paid on time.

Add products to your cart, go to checkout and choose Scalapay as your payment method. Log in or sign up to Scalapay, choose how many installments to pay in and confirm your order with a debit, credit or prepaid card.

To pay with Scalapay you must be over 18, live in a country where the service is available and have a valid card. Scalapay checks every request at the time of purchase and may not approve it: in that case you can choose another payment method. Minimum and maximum order amounts are shown at checkout.

You can check due dates, pay early or change your card in the Scalapay app or on scalapay.com, logging in to your account.

Scalapay reminds you before each due date. If a payment fails, Scalapay will try again and contact you to settle it: the conditions are shown by Scalapay at the time of purchase. For any questions about your installments, contact Scalapay customer service.

Yes, returns work the same as for other payment methods. You can request one within 15 days of delivery on the Request a return page.

Once the return is accepted, we notify Scalapay of the refund and Scalapay updates your payment plan: unpaid installments are cancelled or reduced and anything you have already paid is refunded to the card used for the purchase.
