Returns, exchanges and refunds
- Returns within 15 days of delivery: request one on the Request a return page.
- Items must be unworn, with tag and security seal intact. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
- Returns are at the customer's expense: you choose the courier and ship the parcel, so the cost depends on the courier you choose. To change size or color, make a return and place a new order.
- Refunds by card, PayPal or bank transfer, minus shipping costs and fees.
